3D object idea hopefully

So. My mom wants something dragon related for christmas and said she wants a wall hook for her jewlery

She has necklaces and also these good luck buddhist bell cymbals, and next year will be the year of the dragon so she wants something festive to decorate with. She asked for a dragon wall hook, I'm thinking just the upper chest, so two arms to hold things, then a simple curved neck with a head attached. I feel like I'll be making the head and detailed parts in blender and just mashing together the pieces until i get something that looks nice. I'll add a divot to the flat backside so it can hang off a nail in the wall. It will probably be about 9 inches tall on the wall, maybe more maybe less depending on arm thickness and strength to hold onto the necklaces and bells.
